How long does processing take?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned.
How do I return an item?
Log into your account, go to your order history, and select the item you'd like to return. Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors. Simply indicate your exchange preference when initiating your return.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Order Issues
What if I received the wrong item?
We sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately at support@auraqcouture.com with your order number and photos. We'll send the correct item right away.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
What if an item is missing from my order?
Contact us at support@auraqcouture.com with your order number, and we'll investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours.

How do I find my size?
