Our Return Policy

At AURAQ COUTURE, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Eligible Items for Return

  • Unworn and unwashed items
  • Items with original tags still attached
  • Items in original packaging (if applicable)
  • Items without any signs of wear, alterations, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments and intimates
  • Hijabs and headscarves (unless defective)
  • Earrings and jewelry
  • Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page
  • Items purchased during special promotions (unless otherwise stated)

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and navigate to your order history. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click "Return Items." If you checked out as a guest, please email us at returns@auraqcouture.com with your order number.

Step 2: Select Items & Reason

Choose the item(s) you'd like to return and select a reason from the dropdown menu. This helps us improve our products and service.

Step 3: Print Your Return Label

A prepaid return shipping label will be generated for you. Print the label and attach it to your package.

Step 4: Pack Your Items

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging if possible. Make sure all tags are attached and items are in resalable condition.

Step 5: Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location (depending on your return label carrier). Keep your receipt as proof of return shipment.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns (US): $6.95 (deducted from your refund)
  • Free Returns: Available for exchanges or if the item is defective/incorrect
  • International Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Exchanges

How to Exchange an Item

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item! Simply indicate your exchange preference when initiating your return. We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return.

Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a return following the steps above
  2. Select "Exchange" and choose your preferred size/color
  3. Ship your original item back to us
  4. We'll send your new item within 1-2 business days of receiving your return

Note: If there's a price difference between items, you'll be charged or refunded accordingly.

Refunds

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for inspection and processing
  • 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition or with missing tags
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items showing signs of wear or use

Defective or Incorrect Items

Received the Wrong Item?

We sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately at support@auraqcouture.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • Description of the issue

We'll send you the correct item right away with free return shipping for the incorrect item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll provide:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free replacement, or
  • Store credit for a future purchase

Note: Please do not send returns to our flagship store without prior authorization.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Store Credit

Prefer store credit? Choose this option when initiating your return and receive your refund as store credit with no return shipping fee deducted! Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
